Ingredients
  

Base
  • 6 oz block mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 0.5 cup pepperoni slices halved
  • 0.5 cup deli ham or salami chopped
Sauce & Seasoning
  • 0.25 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cut the block mozzarella into 1/2 inch cubes and chop the meats into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cheese, pepperoni, and ham.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce and olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (or bake at 375°F for 7 mins) until cheese is softened and glossy but not fully melted.
  6. Serve immediately while warm and glossy.

Notes

Ensure you buy block cheese, not pre-shredded, to get the right texture for the cubes.
