Ingredients
  

The Fries
  • 1 lb crinkle-cut fries frozen or fresh
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic salt
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing high quality
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

  • Deep fryer or Air fryer
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. Cook fries according to package instructions until very crispy using a fryer or air fryer.
  2. In a large bowl, toss hot fries with Cajun seasoning and garlic salt until evenly coated.
  3. Mix melted butter with hot sauce and drizzle over the seasoned fries, tossing lightly.
  4. Spread fries on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheddar and blue cheese.
  5. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

Notes

For the best flavor, use a Cajun seasoning that includes cayenne and smoked paprika.
