- Line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Spread a generous, thick layer of creamy peanut butter over the rounded top of each banana slice. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up slightly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring well each time, until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the bananas from the freezer. Use a spoon to generously drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the wet chocolate with the crushed peanuts and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Return to the freezer for 30-45 minutes until the chocolate shell is completely hardened. Serve frozen.
Notes
Store fully frozen Banana Snickers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Do not store in the refrigerator.
