Method
- Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry completely using a salad spinner. Chop into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Using a small funnel, fill the empty 50ml mini bottles with the creamy Caesar dressing. Secure the caps tightly and wipe the bottles clean.
- Line up the clear plastic cups. Fill each cup 3/4 full with the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese evenly over the lettuce in each cup.
- Add a few small croutons to the top of each salad.
- Gently nestle one filled mini dressing bottle into the center of each salad cup.
- Serve with mini appetizer forks. Guests can pour their own dressing when ready to eat.
Notes
Ensure the lettuce is 100% dry before assembling. The cups (without the dressing applied) can be assembled up to 4 hours in advance and kept in the refrigerator.
