Method
- Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread a generous, even layer of Nutella over the surface.
- Place a peeled banana whole near one edge of the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana until completely wrapped.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into bite-sized 'sushi' pieces.
- Arrange the pieces flat on a plate and top each one with a slice of fresh strawberry. Serve immediately.
Notes
Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 5-10 seconds before spreading to make them easier to roll tightly without cracking.
