Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2 medium bananas sliced
  • 0.33 cup Nutella melted for drizzling
  • 0.25 cup pecans or walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips optional

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Arrange the banana slices over the yogurt layer.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and chocolate chips over the top.
  6. Warm the Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds until runny, then drizzle generously over the bark.
  7. Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours until completely solid.
  8. Remove from freezer, lift the parchment, and break the bark into pieces by hand. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
