Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Arrange the banana slices over the yogurt layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and chocolate chips over the top.
- Warm the Nutella in the microwave for 20 seconds until runny, then drizzle generously over the bark.
- Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours until completely solid.
- Remove from freezer, lift the parchment, and break the bark into pieces by hand. Serve immediately.
