- Cut chicken breast into small cubes. In a bowl, toss chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh parsley until smooth.
- Add the warm cooked chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix until combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up tight.
- Mix melted butter, garlic salt, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
- Brush the outside of the wraps with the garlic butter. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet.
- Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use block cheese and grate it yourself for the best melting results.
