- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Set aside.
- Toss the diced chicken in a bowl with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and wipe the pan clean.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide the cooked chicken evenly among them. Top each with mozzarella and a slice of provolone cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly like a burrito to secure the filling.
- Brush the outside of each wrap generously with the prepared garlic butter.
- Heat the cleaned skillet over medium-low heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2-3 minutes per side until crispy, golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
Notes
Use a block of cheese and grate it yourself for the best, creamiest melt.
