Ingredients

Crust & Topping
  • 1 package Oreo cookies approx 14.3 oz
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pudding Layer
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz each
  • 3 cups whole milk cold

Equipment

  • 9x13 Baking Dish
  • Food Processor
  • Hand Mixer
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
  2. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 dish. Chill.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in thawed Cool Whip gently until combined. Spread over crust.
  5. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Spread pudding layer over cream cheese layer. Top with reserved Oreo crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set before slicing.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Freezing for 30 mins before serving helps get clean slices.
