Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 cup peaches fresh or frozen (frozen recommended for best texture)
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned or carton based on desired thickness
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract pure extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes optional, use only if using fresh room-temperature peaches

Method
 

  1. If using fresh peaches, wash, pit, and slice them. If using frozen, measure out one cup.
  2. Pour the coconut milk into the blender pitcher first.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and the prepared peaches (and ice, if using) to the blender.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker, more ice-cream like texture, use frozen peaches and full-fat canned coconut milk.
