Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup peaches fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Measuring Cups and Spoons
  • Tall Glass

Method
 

  1. If using fresh peaches, wash, pit, and slice them into chunks. If using frozen, measure out 1 cup.
  2. Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract to your blender pitcher first.
  3. Add the prepared peaches on top of the liquid ingredients.
  4. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh peach slice or shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

For a thicker, colder smoothie, frozen peaches are recommended. If using fresh peaches, you may add a handful of ice cubes before blending.
