Method
- If using fresh peaches, wash, pit, and slice them into chunks. If using frozen, measure out 1 cup.
- Add the coconut milk and vanilla extract to your blender pitcher first.
- Add the prepared peaches on top of the liquid ingredients.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh peach slice or shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
For a thicker, colder smoothie, frozen peaches are recommended. If using fresh peaches, you may add a handful of ice cubes before blending.
