Ingredients
  

Gummy Glasses
  • 14 oz red gummies or peach rings separated
  • 14 oz yellow gummies or peach rings separated
  • 2 tbsp water divided
Cocktail Filling
  • 0.5 cup peach schnapps chilled
  • 0.25 cup vodka chilled
  • 0.25 cup lemon-lime soda
Garnish
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar for rimming
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup for rimming
  • 8 slices fresh peach
  • 8 whole raspberries

Equipment

  • Silicone Shot Glass Mold
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Cocktail Shaker

Method
 

  1. Place silicone shot glass mold on a baking sheet and lightly grease with cooking spray. Wipe away excess oil.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine red gummies with 1 tablespoon water. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted red candy into the bottom 1/3 of the mold cavities. Freeze for 10 minutes to set slightly.
  4. Repeat melting process with yellow gummies and remaining water. Pour over the red layer to fill the mold.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until completely firm.
  6. Gently unmold the glasses. Dip the rims in corn syrup, then granulated sugar.
  7. Mix peach schnapps, vodka, and soda. Pour into the gummy glasses.
  8. Garnish with a peach slice and raspberry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep the gummy glasses refrigerated until serving to maintain their shape.
