Method
- Place silicone shot glass mold on a baking sheet and lightly grease with cooking spray. Wipe away excess oil.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine red gummies with 1 tablespoon water. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour melted red candy into the bottom 1/3 of the mold cavities. Freeze for 10 minutes to set slightly.
- Repeat melting process with yellow gummies and remaining water. Pour over the red layer to fill the mold.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until completely firm.
- Gently unmold the glasses. Dip the rims in corn syrup, then granulated sugar.
- Mix peach schnapps, vodka, and soda. Pour into the gummy glasses.
- Garnish with a peach slice and raspberry. Serve immediately.
