  • 1 frozen banana peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • 0.5 tin coconut milk canned, stirred well

Method
 

  1. Ensure your banana and pineapple are fully frozen for the best creamy texture.
  2. Add the coconut water and coconut milk to the base of your blender first.
  3. Add the frozen banana slices and frozen pineapple chunks on top of the liquids.
  4. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth, creamy, and uniform in texture.
  5. Pour into a tall, chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra coconut water. For a protein boost, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder before blending.
