Method
- Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the reposado tequila, pineapple juice, blueberry syrup, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- Strain the cocktail into your prepared rocks glass over the fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cocktail pick threaded with fresh blueberries and a dehydrated citrus wheel.
Notes
Using fresh pineapple juice will result in a thicker, frothier foam on top of the drink. Never use bottled lime juice!
