Cocktail Ingredients
  • 2 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt optional
Garnish
  • 3 whole Fresh Blueberries on a pick
  • 1 slice Dehydrated Citrus Wheel optional

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Rocks Glass

Method
 

  1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the reposado tequila, pineapple juice, blueberry syrup, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain the cocktail into your prepared rocks glass over the fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a cocktail pick threaded with fresh blueberries and a dehydrated citrus wheel.

Notes

Using fresh pineapple juice will result in a thicker, frothier foam on top of the drink. Never use bottled lime juice!
