Ingredients

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 0.25 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 handful ice cubes as needed for frostiness

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Tall Glass

Method

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first to help the blades spin smoothly.
  2. Add the yogurt, banana, pineapple chunks, and mango chunks into the blender.
  3. Top with a handful of ice cubes (use less ice if your fruit is already frozen).
  4. Blend on low speed for a few seconds to break up the fruit, then increase to high speed.
  5. Blend for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and creamy.
  6. Pour immediately into a tall glass and enjoy cold.

Notes

For the thickest, creamiest texture, use frozen banana, frozen mango, and frozen pineapple, and omit the ice cubes entirely to prevent watering down the flavor.
