Ingredients
  

The Cocktail
  • 1 oz vodka chilled
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice for shaking
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sanding sugar pink or white
  • 2 pcs pink fruit chew candies unwrapped

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Shot Glasses
  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Rim two shot glasses with a lemon wedge and dip into sanding sugar.
  2. Add vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty cold.
  4. Strain evenly into the prepared shot glasses.
  5. Garnish with a pink candy on the rim or serve immediately.

Notes

To make this a martini, double the ingredients and serve in a martini glass.
