Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 6 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 1 cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
Garlic Butter Glaze
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • 9x13 Baking Dish
  • Serrated Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Pastry brush

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over the surface, leaving a small border at the edges.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce and arrange a layer of pepperoni slices on top.
  4. Tightly roll the tortilla up into a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  5. Using a serrated knife, cut each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels (approx 4-6 pieces per roll).
  6. Place the rolls cut-side up in the baking dish, packing them gently together.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges of the tortillas are golden brown.

Notes

For easier cutting, chill the rolled logs in the fridge for 10 minutes before slicing.
