Ingredients

Dip Base
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
Mix-ins
  • 0.5 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped
  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Rubber spatula

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together using a hand mixer on medium speed until completely smooth and well combined.
  2. Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the powdered sugar. Once incorporated, increase speed to medium and beat for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, or apple slices for dipping.

Notes

Ensuring the cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature is critical for a lump-free dip.
