S'mores in a Cup

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of crushed graham crackers, rich chocolate pudding, and marshmallow fluff, topped with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Layers
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs about 1 sleeve of crackers, crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted (optional, for a firmer crust)
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz box
  • 2 cups cold milk or amount called for on pudding box
Marshmallow Layer
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff 7 oz jar (or vanilla pudding/whipped cream)
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Clear plastic cups (9oz)
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Piping bags (optional)

Method
 

  1. Crush the graham crackers into coarse crumbs. If desired, mix with melted butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each clear plastic cup.
  4. Pipe or spoon a layer of chocolate pudding over the graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Pipe or spoon a layer of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate pudding.
  6. Add another small sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top of the marshmallow layer.
  7. Top generously with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Notes

Using a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner cut off makes adding the pudding and fluff layers much neater, keeping the sides of the cups clean.
