Dough & Filling
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic pizza dough
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme (fluff)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Crumb Mixture
  • 0.5 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and press into a large rectangle.
  4. Spread the marshmallow creme evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the prepared crumb mixture and chocolate chips evenly over the marshmallow layer.
  6. Starting at a long edge, tightly roll the dough up into a log. Pinch the seams and ends firmly to seal.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into 1-inch rounds to serve.

Notes

Grease your spatula or spoon slightly before spreading the marshmallow creme to keep it from sticking.
