Ingredients
  

Cereal Base
  • 0.25 cup butter salted
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Filling and Topping
  • 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips melted for drizzle and center
  • 0.25 cup graham cracker crumbs optional for crunch

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat; add mini marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a flat rectangle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread marshmallow fluff over the cereal base, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. Place a line of chocolate or graham crumbs along the bottom edge and roll tightly using the parchment.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  8. Slice into 1-inch rolls using a greased sharp knife and serve.

Notes

Grease your hands and knife to prevent sticking. Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture.
