- Pat the feta cheese block completely dry with paper towels to remove excess brine.
- Cut the feta into 1/2-inch to 1-inch cubes and place them tightly into a clean jar or serving ramekin.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, thyme, peppercorns, and garlic.
- Heat gently for 3-5 minutes until the oil is fragrant and warm (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Pour the warm oil mixture over the cheese, ensuring all cubes are submerged.
- Serve immediately with bread, or cover and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours for best flavor.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The oil will solidify; bring to room temperature before serving.
