- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat with a corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a little water.
- Repeat with remaining filling and wrappers.
- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
- Serve warm with ranch or sweet chili dipping sauce.
Notes
Be careful not to overfill the wrappers to prevent leaking. Serve immediately for best texture.
