Ingredients
  

Drink Ingredients
  • 2 cups strawberries fresh and hulled, or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk light canned, or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 tbsp agave nectar or honey, to taste
  • 2 cups crushed ice for serving
Garnish
  • 2 strawberries sliced, for rim
  • 2 lime wheels dried or fresh

  • Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull the fresh strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, coconut milk, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of sweetener.
  3. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.
  4. Taste and add additional sweetener if needed, blending briefly to combine.
  5. Fill two glasses completely with crushed ice.
  6. Pour the blended mixture over the ice, garnish with a strawberry and lime wheel, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a boozy adult version, add 1.5 oz of white rum or vodka per serving to the blender before mixing.
