- Gather your ingredients: frozen strawberries, banana, coconut milk, plain yogurt, and honey.
- Pour the coconut milk and plain yogurt into the bottom of your blender pitcher first.
- Drizzle the honey directly into the liquid mixture to prevent it from sticking to the sides or freezing to the fruit.
- Add the half banana and top with the frozen strawberries.
- Secure the blender lid and blend on low speed for 10 seconds, then increase to high speed.
- Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely silky, thick, and uniformly pink.
- Pour the smooth mixture into a tall glass.
- Top with a sprinkle of shredded coconut and a fresh sliced strawberry on the rim. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker, ice-cream like texture, use half of a frozen banana instead of room temperature. To make it vegan, swap the dairy yogurt for a plant-based yogurt and the honey for maple syrup.
