Ingredients

Dole Whip Base
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries must be frozen solid
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks must be frozen solid
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Equipment

  • High-speed blender or Food Processor
  • Piping bag with star tip (optional)
  • Glass jars for serving

Method

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Add the optional honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
  3. Blend on high, using a tamper tool to push the fruit into the blades, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and resembles soft serve ice cream.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe into clear glass jars, or simply scoop with a spoon.
  5. Top with a fresh strawberry and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not add too much milk, or the mixture will turn into a smoothie instead of thick soft serve.
