Method
- Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add the optional honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
- Blend on high, using a tamper tool to push the fruit into the blades, until the mixture is thick, smooth, and resembles soft serve ice cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe into clear glass jars, or simply scoop with a spoon.
- Top with a fresh strawberry and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not add too much milk, or the mixture will turn into a smoothie instead of thick soft serve.
