Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen or fresh, hulled
  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen recommended
  • 0.5 lemon juiced (approx 1 tbsp)
  • 0.5 cup orange juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 0.5 cup oat milk unsweetened

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries and remove stems if using fresh. Peel and chop mango if using fresh.
  2. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, ensuring no seeds fall in.
  3. Add the liquids to the blender first: pour in the orange juice, oat milk, and fresh lemon juice.
  4. Add the strawberries and mango chunks on top of the liquid.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  6. Pour into a tall glass or mason jar and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker, frostier texture without needing ice.
