- Preheat oven to 325°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add sour cream and vanilla.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries and pour batter over the cooled crust.
- Swirl strawberry jam into the top of the batter using a toothpick.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before topping with extra Oreos and slicing.
