Ingredients
  

Oreo Crust Layer
  • 20 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened (1 block)
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
Topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced

Method
 

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
  3. In a bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  4. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  6. Layer the cheesecake filling and sliced strawberries over the crust in the cups.
  7. Top with additional strawberries and Oreo crumbs. Chill before serving.

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
