Crust Layer
  • 20 whole Oreo cookies crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temp
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
Strawberry Layer & Topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam optional, for glaze
  • 6 whole mini Oreos for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Piping bag
  • Plastic dessert cups
  • Food Processor

Method

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dice fresh strawberries and toss with jam if desired for a glossy look.
  5. Spoon a layer of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each cup. Press down lightly.
  6. Pipe or spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust.
  7. Add a layer of diced strawberries.
  8. Repeat layers if space permits, finishing with a swirl of cream.
  9. Garnish with a whole strawberry and a mini Oreo. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Cups can be made 2 days in advance.
