Method
- Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Dice fresh strawberries and toss with jam if desired for a glossy look.
- Spoon a layer of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each cup. Press down lightly.
- Pipe or spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Add a layer of diced strawberries.
- Repeat layers if space permits, finishing with a swirl of cream.
- Garnish with a whole strawberry and a mini Oreo. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Cups can be made 2 days in advance.
