- In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, 2 oz rum, lime juice, sugar, and 1/2 cup ice. Blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a pitcher or separate container and set aside (keep frozen if needed).
- Rinse blender. Add frozen pineapple, 2 oz rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and remaining ice. Blend until creamy.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into glasses, filling about halfway.
- Top with the pineapple mixture. Use a spoon to gently swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry and pineapple wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version (mocktail), simply omit the rum and add a splash of water or extra juice to help the blender.
