- Drizzle the strawberry syrup into the bottom of a tall, clear glass, swirling slightly to coat the lower edges.
- Fill the glass almost to the top with pebble ice or crushed ice.
- Pour the vanilla syrup evenly over the ice.
- Slowly pour the chilled lemon-lime soda into the glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
- Gently pour the half-and-half over the top of the soda, allowing it to slowly cascade down through the ice to create a marbled effect.
- Top generously with whipped cream and garnish with a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately with a wide straw and stir before drinking.
Notes
To prevent dairy from curdling, ensure your soda is ice cold before pouring. For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and dairy-free whipped cream.
