Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice fresh
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries thawed and pureed
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed (like Cool Whip)
Strawberry Crunch Topping
  • 12 Golden Oreo cookies crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder (Jell-O)

Equipment

  • 9-inch Pie Dish
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Ziplock bag & Rolling pin

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and 6 tbsp melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and freeze.
  2. Crush Golden Oreos and mix with strawberry gelatin powder and 3 tbsp melted butter to create the crunch topping. Set aside.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and strawberry puree; mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour filling into the prepared crust and top generously with the strawberry crunch mixture.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Let the pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing for the cleanest cuts.
