Ingredients
  

Smoothie Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice 100% pure, no sugar added

Method
 

  1. Pour the orange juice into the blender pitcher first to help the blades catch the fruit.
  2. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, and frozen pineapple chunks on top of the liquid.
  3. Secure the lid and start the blender on a low speed, gradually increasing to high.
  4. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add an extra splash of orange juice.
  5. Pour into a glass, add a straw, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best, thickest texture, make sure all your fruit is completely frozen. Do not use ice cubes as they will water down the flavor.
