  • 1 cup mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana peeled, preferably frozen
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks or slices
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric ground

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients: mango, banana, pineapple, coconut water (or almond milk), and turmeric.
  2. Pour the liquid base (coconut water or almond milk) into the blender first to help the blades turn smoothly.
  3. Add the banana, mango chunks, pineapple, and turmeric powder to the blender.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more liquid. If you want it colder, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately for maximum nutrient benefits.

Notes

Tip: Add a tiny pinch of black pepper to significantly boost the absorption of curcumin from the turmeric. Using frozen fruit yields a creamier, thicker texture without needing ice.
