Method
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the glaze.
- Serve chicken over rice, spooning extra sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or cauliflower rice for a complete meal.
