Method
- Fill a rocks glass or highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao.
- Add the pineapple juice.
- Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a cherry on a cocktail umbrella. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a less sweet version, swap the soda for club soda.
