Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz pineapple juice chilled
  • 2-3 oz lemon-lime soda Sprite or 7Up, to top
Garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 wedge fresh pineapple
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Equipment

  • Rocks Glass or Highball Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Jigger

Method
 

  1. Fill a rocks glass or highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao.
  3. Add the pineapple juice.
  4. Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
  6. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a cherry on a cocktail umbrella. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a less sweet version, swap the soda for club soda.
