- Fill a rocks glass completely to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour the Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao directly over the ice.
- Add the chilled pineapple juice.
- Top the drink off with the lemon-lime soda.
- Gently stir the cocktail with a bar spoon or straw to combine the ingredients without losing carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim, and a maraschino cherry skewered on a cocktail umbrella. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make a pitcher for a crowd, multiply the ingredients by 8. Mix the rum, curacao, and juice in a pitcher. Add the soda just before serving over ice.
