Method
- Fill a rocks glass or highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao.
- Add the pineapple juice. Watch the color turn into a beautiful teal blue.
- Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7Up).
- Stir gently with a spoon or straw to combine flavors without losing carbonation.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick or umbrella.
- Serve immediately while ice cold.
Notes
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until slushy.
