Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice chilled
  • 3 oz Lemon-lime soda Sprite or 7Up, to top
Garnish
  • 1 wedge Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Rocks Glass
  • Bar Spoon
  • Jigger

Method
 

  1. Fill a rocks glass or highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Malibu Coconut Rum and Blue Curacao.
  3. Add the pineapple juice. Watch the color turn into a beautiful teal blue.
  4. Top off the glass with lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7Up).
  5. Stir gently with a spoon or straw to combine flavors without losing carbonation.
  6. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick or umbrella.
  7. Serve immediately while ice cold.

Notes

For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until slushy.
