- Take a clean glass and use a small spoon to smear the thick yogurt around the inside walls to create a cloud-like aesthetic. Place the glass in the freezer while you blend.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, vanilla protein powder, almond butter, coconut milk, and almond milk.
- Blend on high speed, using a tamper if necessary, until the mixture is completely smooth and very thick.
- Remove the prepared glass from the freezer and carefully pour or spoon the thick strawberry smoothie into the glass.
- Serve immediately with a glass straw.
Notes
Start with less almond milk and only add more if your blender gets stuck. This ensures the thickest, ice-cream-like texture possible.
