Method
- Fill a tall glass generously with crushed ice or pebble ice.
- Pour the Midori melon liqueur and White Rum over the ice.
- Add the Pineapple Juice. The drink will look green/yellow at this stage.
- Slowly pour the Blue Curacao down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon. It will sink to the bottom creating a blue-to-green ombre effect.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry if desired.
- Serve immediately with a straw for stirring.
Notes
For a 'frozen' version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
