Method
- Ensure all your fruits (strawberries, banana, raspberries, pineapple) are completely frozen for the thickest texture.
- Pour the almond milk and coconut milk into the bottom of your blender to help the blades catch the fruit.
- Add the honey directly into the liquid mixture.
- Add the frozen strawberries, banana, raspberries, and pineapple chunks into the blender.
- Blend on low speed for 30 seconds, using a tamper if necessary to push the fruit down into the blades.
- Increase speed to high and blend for another 45-60 seconds until completely smooth, thick, and glossy.
- Pour or scoop the thick smoothie into a mason jar and enjoy immediately.
Notes
If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the blades catch. Do not add too much liquid or it will become watery.
