Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 3 oz Orange Mango Juice chilled
  • 1.5 oz Champagne or Prosecco chilled
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine
Garnish
  • 1 wedge Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 slice Lime wheel
  • 1 Maraschino cherry

Equipment

  • Cocktail glass or flute
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Bar Spoon

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall glass or large wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Malibu Coconut Rum over the ice.
  3. Add the orange mango juice and stir gently to combine.
  4. Top with chilled Champagne or Prosecco.
  5. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass so it settles at the bottom for a layered look.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime slice, and a cherry.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and carbonated.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, swap rum for coconut water and champagne for ginger ale.
