Method
- Cook bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Lay tortillas flat and warm slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds to prevent tearing.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Layer cheese, lettuce, turkey, tomato, avocado, and bacon in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Optional: Lightly toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes to seal the seam.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a toothpick to hold the wraps together if serving as pinwheels for a party.
