Ingredients
  

Wrap Base
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
Fillings
  • 1 lb deli turkey breast thinly sliced
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crispy
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 tomato diced

Equipment

  • Skillet (for bacon)
  • Cutting Board
  • Chef's Knife

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet or oven until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and warm slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds to prevent tearing.
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  4. Layer cheese, lettuce, turkey, tomato, avocado, and bacon in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Optional: Lightly toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes to seal the seam.
  7. Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a toothpick to hold the wraps together if serving as pinwheels for a party.
