Ingredients
  

Coffee Base
  • 1 cup strong coffee chilled
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce high quality
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
Cream & Toppings
  • 0.5 cup whole milk or cream
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream optional
  • 1 tsp extra caramel for drizzle

Equipment

  • Measuring Spoons
  • Long spoon or stirrer
  • Small pitcher

Method
 

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce around the inside of a tall glass, allowing it to streak the sides.
  2. In a separate container, stir together the chilled coffee and vanilla bean paste until well combined.
  3. Fill the caramel-lined glass to the top with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the vanilla coffee mixture over the ice, leaving room for milk.
  5. Slowly pour milk or cream over the top to create a marbled effect.
  6. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel if desired.

Notes

Use coffee ice cubes to prevent the drink from getting watered down.
