  • 1 peach pitted and sliced
  • 0.5 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 6 oz plain fat free yogurt
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Wash and prep your fruit by pitting and slicing the peach.
  2. In a blender, combine the sliced peach, 3 oz (half) of the yogurt, and the vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a tall glass.
  4. Rinse the blender, then combine the raspberries and the remaining 3 oz of yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Gently pour the raspberry mixture over the peach layer in the glass.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw, gently swirling the layers if desired.

Notes

If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender for a thicker, colder consistency.
