Ingredients
  

Slush Base
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice chilled
  • 0.25 cup passionfruit nectar or juice
  • 0.33 cup lemonade
  • 0.25 cup peach nectar
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 2 cups ice
Assembly
  • 2 tbsp strawberry purée for lining the cup

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Tall Glass

Method
 

  1. Place the pineapple juice, passionfruit nectar, lemonade, peach nectar, simple syrup, and ice into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and slushy.
  3. Take a large glass and drizzle the strawberry purée along the inside walls and bottom of the cup.
  4. Pour the blended pineapple slush into the cup, allowing it to swirl with the strawberry purée.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For a smoother texture similar to a Frappuccino, add a pinch of xanthan gum before blending.
