Method
- Place the pineapple juice, passionfruit nectar, lemonade, peach nectar, simple syrup, and ice into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the ice is crushed and the mixture is smooth and slushy.
- Take a large glass and drizzle the strawberry purée along the inside walls and bottom of the cup.
- Pour the blended pineapple slush into the cup, allowing it to swirl with the strawberry purée.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a smoother texture similar to a Frappuccino, add a pinch of xanthan gum before blending.
