Method
- Place your mixing bowl and the beaters of your electric mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl and sprinkle the pink lemonade powder evenly over the top.
- Using the electric mixer, beat on low speed initially to combine, then increase to medium-high.
- Whip for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form. The mixture should hold its shape firmly when the beaters are lifted.
- Fill two serving glasses about 2/3 full with ice cubes and pour cold water (or liquid lemonade) over the ice.
- Spoon or pipe the whipped pink lemonade generously over the iced liquid.
- Garnish the rim of each glass with a fresh lemon slice and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
Ensure your heavy cream is extremely cold to get the best and fastest whip. Do not over-mix or it will turn to butter.
