White Chocolate Easter Bunny Bark

Ingredients
  

Bark Base
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or chopped bars
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms pastel colors
  • 0.25 cup pastel sprinkles jimmies or nonpareils
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil optional, for shine

  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Ensure it is completely dry.
  2. Place white chocolate (and oil if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate into an even layer, approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Immediately scatter the pastel M&Ms and sprinkles over the wet chocolate. Press down gently to secure.
  6. Allow to set at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or refrigerate for 20 minutes to speed up the process.
  7. Once hardened, break into shards using your hands. Store in an airtight container.

Use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter for the best taste.
