Ingredients

Cocktail Base
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka or standard vodka
  • 2 oz White Chocolate Liqueur such as Godiva
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes for shaking
Garnish & Rim
  • 2 tbsp Red Sanding Sugar for rimming
  • 1 wedge Lemon to wet rim
  • 4 Fresh Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Whipped Cream optional topping

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker

Method

  1. Prepare the glass: Place red sanding sugar on a small plate. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the martini glass, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat.
  2. Prepare garnish: Thread fresh raspberries onto a cocktail skewer. Optionally, dampen them slightly and dust with white sugar for a frosted look.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream over the ice.
  5. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the shaker feels very cold and frosty.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  7. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and the raspberry skewer. Serve immediately.

Notes

Chill your martini glass in the freezer for 10 minutes prior to serving for the best experience.
