- Prepare the glass: Place red sanding sugar on a small plate. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of the martini glass, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat.
- Prepare garnish: Thread fresh raspberries onto a cocktail skewer. Optionally, dampen them slightly and dust with white sugar for a frosted look.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream over the ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the shaker feels very cold and frosty.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream and the raspberry skewer. Serve immediately.
